I had a great dane much taller than me when I was 7, he was my best friend. I have had large dogs mostly, horses, tropical fish and other animals. I feel meeting the owner is very important before greeting the pet, so there is trust as well as important information about what the pet enjoys. Keeping your dog happy, makes me smile! I love animals, they are always happy to see you come home!

Amy is a natural with animals!! She has cared for our dogs and cat (until her death at age 17) over the past 6 years when we have had to be away. We are SO thrilled she is branching out to share her love of animals & responsible care with others & rover.com!! Amy's calm nature & fearless intuition guides her in caring for our fur babies. We are using her services once again at the end of this week. All 3 of our dogs love her & she has developed a wonderful relationship with our rescue lab/mix with major anxiety issues. Grace, (our difficult rescue) trusts Amy & sits & listens to Amy's commands like she does with us. Amy is a great care provider for when you are away!! She loves to walk our dogs...& they LOVE to walk with, Amy!!! I cannot recommend, Amy enough to those living in the Salisbury, NC area!! She is wonderful!!! ❤️
Mrs. Leonard has an incredibly special place in her heart for pets. She took care of my dog for a week after an almost fatal accident landing him in the ER when I had to leave town. Every day she kept up with his 5 medications and monitored him all night while staying at my house. I don't think anyone could have given better care or more love to my dog while I was out of town. I more than recommend her to watch your pets, as she will care for them like they are her own.
Amy has always been an amazing pet parent. She has had horses, dogs, rabbits, fish, birds, and more. Her compassion for animals (and humans) has always shown brightly through her personality. She is an amazing person to trust your pet with as their happiness is also hers. I have often been thankful to have her look after my pet babies and am immediately rewarded when I come home to find them with their tails wagging and Amy with a smile on her face!
