Amy was great. This was our first time using Rover.com and we will definitely do it again. Amy made us feel comfortable leaving our Westie by asking us about her norms and behaviors, etc.. I felt like she wanted to understand our dog so that she could make it easy for her. Amy sent us pictures and kept us updated and was flexible about drop off and pick up. She was very professional and ...

This was Victor's second time with Amy and her family. This time it was for nearly 3 weeks! Although we missed him upon our return....I am not sure he missed us. Amy and her family took great care of him and gave him lots of love and attention. He is a dog that loves to run and their fenced yard gave him a place to burn off his energy. We enjoyed the text updates ...

Amy was awesome. I felt so comfortable leaving our dog, Charlie with her. I loved the pictures that she sent me of Charlie while we were away. When I picked him up, he was so happy. I will definitely be using Amy again. Thank you, Amy for taking such great care of Charlie for me when I was away!

Home Away from Home for Furbabies

My name is Amy and I have loved and owned dogs since I was a young girl. I live in West Chester, Ohio with my husband and 3 children (ages 16, 14 and 11). After 14 years as a stay-at-home mom, I wanted to get back into the workforce, and thought being a dog care provider would be a fun way to do that. We do not currently have any dogs as we sadly had ...

What Amy would like to know about your dog

Please let me know if your dog has any health issues. Please bring a copy of your updated health records from your vet. All dogs MUST be up to date on all vaccinations including Bordatella. I would also like to know if your dog is an escape artist, a barker, a chewer, or has any anxieties (ie, thunder, doorbells, etc.). They are not deal-breakers, I just want to be aware ahead of time. Finally, while I understand that no specific breed is inherently dangerous, I do have to look out for the safety of my family and especially my children. Because of this, I will not dog sit for any Pit Bulls or Pit Bull mixes or Rottweilers at this time. I apologize if this offends any dog owners, but I have had negative experiences with these breeds in the past, and therefore have made this decision for myself, my family, and other dogs in my home.
