Growing up I fostered and had dogs of my own, as I truly could not spend enough time with animals! As we all know, animals have that sense and being able to care for animals and give some of that care back always meant a lot to me. Seeing that level of engagement w/ the bright smile on an animals face and the wagging tail has always made my day! Fast forward to today, I still spend a lot of time around animals and think it would be great to take in some fresh air while also allowing your dog the chance to get outside and we can be active together ! As a personal trainer, I know the importance of keeping the mind and the body always active! The same goes for our animals!
