Hi, I’m Amy (Beck will be my new last name) and I’m very caring towards all animals. I grew up with lots of pets and since becoming an adult and living on my own, I have owned cats (I currently have 1 cat, my other passed away a couple years ago from cancer), but I would love to be able to take care of your fur-baby! My husband and I started fostering in October 2022 through a local rescue here in town and have looked after several dogs hoping to find their fur-ever homes! We recently just foster-failed (adopted) our first dog, Molly! I have tons of experience taking care of dogs and cats of all ages, sizes and temperaments. I have also given oral, topical and even injection-type medications as needed. I have potty-trained most of our foster dogs as well. On most days, I work from 8-4, so I could do a drop-in before and/or after work. My days off from work vary as I have to rotate weekends with my coworkers. I can get up earlier than when I need to be at work to take a dog to potty outside and feed them and then could be back over after work. I generally work an 8 hour shift but around holidays or graduations it can sometimes be longer shifts as I work in retail, so as long as your pet can be alone for about that long, it should work!
