This was our first experience with Rover and their drop-in visit services. To say we were apprehensive, would be an understatement. We’ve used dog boarding services many times in the past but always felt our dog would be happier and more comfortable in his own surroundings. We left on our five day trip somewhat doubtful of our decision to change from our previous care plan. It wasnt long after we left when we realized we made the right decision. Amy exceeded our expectations!! She is a loving, and compassionate caretaker. She took the time to get acquainted with our dog and provided, in our absence, the care and attention we had hoped he’d get. We would highly recommend her pet care services and will definitely contact her again when we are in need of exceptional dog care.

We were in Tempe for just a day and needed someone to watch our dogs while we went to a Cubs game. Amy was great, wonderful communication. She has a great house and yard. My dogs were happy and tired when we picked them back up which was great since we needed them tired and quiet in the hotel. I was very happy with their care and with Amy.
