Hey there! Welcome to my loving world of dog walking and care of furry friends! My name is Amy Brown and my love for animals goes all the way back to my childhood years where in my family- we always had animals around! Ten years ago I began Dog walking and Cat care on a part time basis. I had enjoyed it so much over the years and I started to get more and more requests and it was clear that I was seeing the growing need from folks in my community for these services. In 2016 I also needed a change from my current job so I began to take the transition all the way into it full time. Since the beginning of 2018 myself and my husband Kevin have been doing Pet Care full time. It has been an absolute wonderful decision and we couldn’t be happier with the choice! We take so much pride in supporting Families and Pets in our local area! It has been beyond rewarding for us! We are here to make long lasting relationships with You and your Pets. I have a degree in Health Sciences and I am a Certified Yoga Instructor. I feel these skill sets are important to mention as they enhance what I can offer You and your Pets in a compassionate and supportive manner. My husband Kevin who is also a super compassionate animal lover is now retired is available to offer his services so that we can provide the most reliable service to you. Kevin also has a lot of experience with animals both as a pet owner and taking care of pets over the years. He absolutely loves it as his retirement job and the animals do too! We are both very caring people who are sensitive to your pets needs. We work with animals of all breeds, sizes and ages. We love the challenge of helping to train and teach new puppies the ropes and support the owners at this crucial time with there growing fur babies. We also pride ourself in elder dog care and have a lot of experience working with special needs dogs and rescues. We both have a great sensitivity to follow there cues and show them the love and attention they need and deserve. Amy and her husband Kevin were fantastic! We went away for a week and had them take our 10 month old puppy for daily hour walks to ease the stress on our petsitter and we couldn't have felt better about it. It was great to see what time she was picked up and brought home, we always got at least two pictures, even a couple of our cat who came out to say hi one day! They were super flexible with times, checked with us to see if something our pup was doing was normal for her, which we really appreciated. I would definitely recommend them and would book them again in the future!
Amy was an excellent dog walker. Dory, our 2 yr old Golden was extremely comfortable with her. Amy took the extra steps to report Dory's activities so I would know she was well taken care of during the visit. We would definitely ask for Amy again.
My dog Rainy loved her walk with Amy! She was also super helpful in showing me ways to effectively put on her harness by sending pictures to me. I am very happy with Amy!
We absolutely love having Amy take our dog, Piper, for walks. She is so attentive to what their particular needs are that day. We get a photo when she’s with Piper, and Piper always looks so happy and relaxed in the picture. Amy goes above and beyond with making sure Piper is comfortable on her walks, on a really cold day she even put on some Musher’s secret paw rub. Highly recommend Amy if you are looking for a dog walker!

A typical day
We take your dog to local parks, rail trails, etc. upon request to provide fun and safe areas. If it is better for us to stay on your property with them then that is what we will do. All of our walks/visits will be giving the animal the time and attention they need. Exercise, feeding, petting, snuggles. Everything will be discussed at the meet and greet to ensure your confidence in us with your pets.

Available days are Tuesday and Thursday from 10-2. I do this for my full time job and this is all of the availability I have right now but that could change. Let's meet, chat and see if its a good fit!
