Hi! My name is Amy and my dog Chloe and I have been boarding dogs full time in the same location since 2012. I have hosted many dogs throughout those years, and I strive to make every dog feel safe and loved during their time with us. It's important to note that I do not offer meet and greets beforehand, and I do all drop offs and pick ups outside in my courtyard. My process is to slowly introduce the dogs out of the presence of the dog owners to ensure there's no nervous energy brought to the meeting. In my experience I find it's much more calm for them when it's just me and the dogs. I prioritize creating a comfortable space for all the dogs, and not having people coming in and out of their environment is a big part of maintaining their peace.
