Pet care experience
I have owned, cared for and trained dogs for 18 years. I have owned small and large breed dogs, ranging from a snarky Bichon Frise to a protective German Shepherd and a silly Golden Retriever. I plan to adhere to whatever rules, schedules and preferences you have for your dog. I treat all animals like my own..with love, compassion and trust. I have trained my dogs in obedience, agility, some scent tracking and marking, and once my golden is more calm, I plan to get him therapy certified. I have also taught my dogs how to pull a sled, which has been quite fun in the summer and winter alike ! I look forward to being able to care for your fur-butt with much love and attention !

Our German Shepherd puppy has had some unique behaviors and even a leg wound that Amy has been able to accommodate. She consistently applies our training rules, and helps advance his skills. She has helped him with socialization, leash walking, and basic obedience. We appreciate her so much!

A typical day
I like to walk in parks, but in any neighborhood works too. It's so relaxing to be in nature, and there are lots of sniffing opportunities as well. If you'd like, I'd love to take your dog to the dog park for socialization !
