Please do not be alarmed, but I may have a bit of an obsession with Boston Terriers. Other than that, I don’t have any other vices. If you do have a Boston Terrier, I can’t guarantee his or her safety from my nonstop kisses and hugs. I guess I connect with them because I’m also spunky and friendly. Actually, I’m obsessed with every dog and I’ve had ample experience working with my parents’ dog and other dogs from an early age. I’m currently pursuing a PhD in Food Science at Ohio State University and have a ridiculously flexible schedule, and I would love nothing more than to help you care for your beloved pet while you are away. I’m around most days and evenings and have my summers free. Because of my availability and the fact that I live with my beautiful chiweenie dog Franklin (6), I can easily dogsit in my home. I have a fenced-in dog park close by, and there are great trails and paths nearby that we can explore. My whole life I have been an animal lover. I grew up meeting and taking care of dogs of every breed and size. My parent's dog is a Schnauzer/Yorkie, but I’ve also cared for German Shepherds, Beagles, Bulldogs, Chihuahuas, you name it. I love how much character, joy, and affection a pet brings to a family. I truly think the companionship a pet brings can help manage anxiety/depression while teaching one how to be compassionate, patient, and empathetic. Similarly, I also love to babysit, so if you have a baby-dog combo, I might be in heaven. My other passion is singing and trying out new restaurants and recipes––I guess you can say I’m a bit of a foodie. When I’m in charge of your dog’s care, s/he becomes my highest priority. I have many years of experience caring for young puppies to elderly/senior dogs. I’m comfortable administering oral medication and following a strict schedule, if that’s what your pup needs. I am home a lot due to my studies, but I also love to get outdoors as much as possible. I’ll make sure your pup gets more than just a couple of walks a day for bathroom breaks. I know dogs are at their best when they are completely exhausted from lots of running and playing. If your pup has physical limitations, of course I’ll adapt my service to care for them properly. I will treat your pup as my very own!!
