Pet care experience
I have had many decades of well-loved Labradors, a couple exceptional Mastiffs, and a loveable yet crazy Brittany. In our home we have two full time cats that moved in after our neighbor passed away. Our family lives have always included pets and a multitude of farm critters that we care, love and enjoy. I am comfortable and have experience with large dog personalities as well as the medical and physical needs of seniors. And I can follow directions!

Amy did a fantastic job following all the directions I gave her for my pup! There was quite a lot to keep track of and she took care of everything and sent me lots of updates to ease my mind while out of town. I know my dog had a blast!
Amy is an angle. She was so down to earth and I felt at ease leaning my boy with her. She kept me updated throughout the entire day with pictures and videos. She took my baby on an adventure with lots of trips and care rides which he loves. I told her what he likes and didn’t and she made sure to do all the things he loves. In every picture and video she sent I saw how happy my baby boy was. Definitely booking with her again! Thank you so much he had so much fun and you showed him so much love. 😊😊
I have known Amy for over 30 years. Amy has had dogs, cats, rabbits, goats, donkeys and horses during that time. She is very friendly and caring to all animals. She would make a great pet sitter for kinds of pets.

Dogs can be boarded here as long as they are cat and dog friendly. There are 2 cats and I also watch our son's Brittany Spaniel during the week. For dogs that do stay here, they are allowed on the furniture as well as on our bed and there are multiple dog beds for their choice. Our backyard is fenced away from the road behind a privacy fence. For those dogs that like to swim there is a concrete salt water pool available during the season. Whatever directives the pet family prefers will be followed with updates regularly.

I can incorporate your pup in my daily activities, whether that is spending time in the salt water pool during the season, playing in the yard, going to the farm or lounging on the sofa. They are welcome to spend time anyway you and they choose!

Availability
I work full time as faculty at a local college, however my schedule has flexibility throughout the week as well as through the day. Typically am available most days except for Monday and Wednesday mornings - however after 12:00 I am local and can travel easily for pet care.
