Pet care experience
I took care of my family’s pets in Guatemala for quite a time; 3 cats, 1 bunny, 1 parrot, and 3 dachshunds! I love them all so much. I would do anything to make sure they have a wonderful time & know they are well loved & cared for :) Even my cat Mochi, a gray tabby, is being loved and cared for with me here in the US. I love to take care of animals and make sure that they are safe and sound. I trim nails, make treats, and endure the scratches!

Amy was amazing and made us and our dog Frankie feel so comfortable with our first experience using Rover and a pet sitter. She understood that Frankie has separation anxiety and let her come to her. She was patient and gentle and kept us consistently updated with how she was doing with photos as well. She was prompt and responsive. Overall we are soo thankful and grateful for her.
Amy was absolutely amazing. She stayed with my two dogs for a week in my home. My dogs are wary of strangers and can be a bit finicky as a result (extra chatty, Velcro-dog syndrome at times), and Amy took it all in stride. She was a good communicator that provided regular updates, and my dogs were very obviously happy with her being there. Will absolutely book Amy again!
Amy stayed at our house with my dog. She had great communication, was very attentive to my dog, and left the house immaculate!

I’ve taken strings, plastic, etc.(you name it) out of my own pets throats from snooping where they shouldn’t! I am not scared of getting my hands messy for your pet and I make sure all trash is in the bin. No toxic foods will be brought nor will I wear any heavy perfumes in case of allergies. I occasionally will bring my boyfriend in case of overnights since he acts as security, as well as hug and kiss your pets! Only one other friend (the one who drives me) would be in and out once or twice. You are more than welcome to meet either of them, they are wonderful people and have their own pets as well :)

Any restrictions/ quirks about your pet that I may need to know. Such as— biting, tugging, etc. I never get mad at animals for “bad behavior” because I understand that they’re just trying to communicate their discomfort to humans the best they can! Your pet will be in great hands!
A typical day
If walking: I love to play different kinds of games and go to parks to have mindful walks! I love walking, so I don’t mind going to different locations to stimulate your dogs mind. I also talk to your pet as we are doing the activity; I believe it makes them feel more engaged and loved! Taking pictures of your pet will definitely not be forgotten! I love taking pictures!

I am currently a full-time student at UML, studying to become a pharmacist. I am only taking in a certain number of previous clients/ some new clients at the moment since my transportation is only reliable by the train/Amtrak schedule. I want to ensure best possible care for your babies :) and that means being on time, every time.
