Pet care experience
Hi! My name is Amir and I love animals, especially dogs and cats. I took care of my beloved cat for 18 1/2 years, until she passed away. I have assisted in the care of numerous dogs in the course of my life, both my own dogs and the dogs of my loved ones. I have taken care of dogs with high needs, shelter/rescue dogs, senior dogs and puppies. I have potty trained puppies, as well as trained dogs in learning basic commands. I am also good with dogs who may be frightened and skittish, because I am a calm person and know how to interact with them, and create a safe and relaxing space for them. I used to volunteer at the Humane Society and spend time with the dogs and cats there. I work from home, and so I am able to give your dog the attention and care they need.

Amir was great with our pups! Our cat got sick while we were away, and Amir was able to help him and keep the house clean. He went above and beyond.
Amir is the dog whisperer. Our one dog who dislikes men barked once then just settled in and was calm after that. This never happens with this dog! Amir administered meds to our oldest dog 3x a day with no problems. Dogs were happy and well cared for. We received texts and photos daily. We would highly recommend Amir for housesitting and dog sitting.
We returned last night from a weeklong summer vacation, to find our beloved dog Sadie sleeping contentedly, happy to see us home but not anxious or stressed despite our long absence; she was clearly well-cared-for by Amir. He took care of special medications morning and night, lots of walks, pampering and affection, photos sent to us daily, and being a reassuring presence during our absence. Amur also worked to keep our home humming, by bringing in the mail, watering the vegetable garden, and staying over so that our home was lived in and actively supervised through the day and overnight. He kept in touch with us regularly and made our trip carefree and sweet. His responsible professional compassionate care for Sadie and presence in our home gave us peace of mind and freedom from worry. We highly recommend Amir and feel so lucky to have found him and engaged him for this work.
Amir took care of our very"senior" dog and our house for over a week -- the house was clean and neat just as we had left it, but more importantly our dog clearly got all of the TLC and special attention he needed. Amir communicated regularly with us during his stay. We would absolutely use him again.

I am able to take your dog for walks around the neighborhood, as well as nearby dog parks or dog beaches. Of course, cuddling with your dog at home is always an option too!!
