Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Amile, pronounced Emily. I have been on Rover for 6 years but have owned animals all my life. I am a masters student at LSU but my class schedule is light. I have class MWF 12:30-3:00 and the rest I spend at home. I have a Furbo Video Camera so when I am not home I can still watch over your pet. I have a female dog named Mila who is about 7 years old. She is social and loves when we have visitors over. My day always starts off with me taking Mila to the dog park for about an hour followed by a 30 minute walk. I go to the park either on Forest or Burbank. We get home and I take her on a potty break every 2-3 hours. Followed by an hour walk in the evening. I am vaccinated and live alone where I keep my apartment clean and sanitized. I don't mind if your dog gets on the furniture or sleeps on my carpet floor or if you bring a kennel. I have 2 large dog beds, extra bowls, dog toys and leashes that your dog is welcomed to use while here. I also offer free baths before pickup so if you'd like to bring your own shampoo or me use mine that is an option. I always try to reply as soon as I can and will send pictures/videos every few hours. If you have any more questions please contact me.

Wonderful experience, we needed a last minute pet sitter and we couldn’t have been happier! Wonderful communication and kindness, our sweet Rosie was well cared for by Amile. We would definitely contact her again.
Amile is great! Sent photos and kept me up to date. I had a few changes to my plans and she was able to adjust to my schedule.
Amile was amazing. We have used Rover several times and she has been our best experience by far. Our dog Tezos loved it and was well taken care of, she has great communication and sent us pictures and check-ins often. I look forward to leaving Tezos with Amile for future dog sitting!

As soon as I wake up, I take the dogs for an hour walk. I make sure the pavement isn't hot and I will stay outside for however long they need. I make sure the AC inside is good for them and that they are comfortable. I make sure the dogs I watch have enough exercise, food, water and love daily.

A typical day
I walk around my apartment and there is plenty of grass and trees. There is a nice dog park right beside my apartment building. I'll also take them to the city dog park or nearby walking trails. Me and my dog also love to play with dog toys so your pup is welcomed to run around with us. I also take the dogs swimming at the Burbank Dog Park or just hang out under a tree letting them enjoy their day.
