I’ve been a pet parent for 25 years. For four years, I helped my highschooler run a successful pet and house sitting business to save for college. Her chiropractic program began this year and it’s time for mom to kick in a little cash! I can’t think of a more suitable way to supplement her education! I’ve raised one faithful friend from puppyhood into his emeritus years. Over the years, I’ve fostered or cared for dozens of others pets. I’m active and fit and quite capable of handling pets of all sizes and energy levels. I’ve cared for pets from egg laying chickens, to diabetic cats to a 170 pound mastiff (not much walking for that girl!) Whether you are away for the day or the week, you can take worrying about the well being of your fur babies off your list.

Ami was great with our Flirt! We had to go out of state suddenly and she was very accommodating and flexible. She sent cute pics and updates during her stay. I would definitely recommend Ami and will use her for future boarding.
My pup is used to being with my husband at work everyday so when he had to go out of town, and I can’t bring him to work with me, we needed a day sitter. We were so lucky to find Ami! Our big guy LOVED being there with her! When I’d pick him up at the end of the day he wanted to stay with her and play longer and when I dropped him off in the morning he was so happy to be back! Admittedly my dog is used to be spoiled with lots of attention and given that he loved being with her so much I know he was getting lots of love from her too ❤️ The next time we need a sitter she’ll be the one we call for sure
Ami is reliable and takes care of your pets as if they were her own. It provides such peace of mind knowing that when we cannot be there, someone who really cares will be.
Ami was great! She cared for Chumly, a 125lb roti and our hound dog, Bella plus a whole slew of chickens with no problems at all! We would definitely recommend her to anyone

I do need to know if your pet is fear aggressive or prone to lash out at other animals. This will determine where, how and when we walk.
A typical day
I’m extremely fit and able to walk your pet through any terrain they prefer. I have a pretty decent arm, so catch and fetch is always on the table. If you live near water, swimming is an option. If you like your pet to socialize with others, we can visit a local dog park.
