Pet care experience
From working at a dog daycare and boarding facility to owning two dogs myself, i have the experience needed to care for your dog(s). I have met dogs in all shapes and sizes, with all different behaviours and needs. Both of my dogs are rescues, one of them needing medication for a vary of conditions throughout his life- so i can sympathise with owners on how difficult it is sometimes to find someone who can care for dogs who have greater needs. I promise to try my best to care for any dog that comes my way. I have worked with dogs with disabilities, slight reactivity, feeding specifications and many other aspects that make them who they are. Looking forward to getting started! I will cater to the dog(s) needs by walking them ore letting them out, depending on instruction, giving them 1-1 interaction, stimulation and play, and clean up after any mess they may have made. I love a dog who likes a fuss so that would be a huge plus, but also happy to care for the dogs who are not fuss orientated!

Let me know about - special needs - medications and times - how to clean them off - games they love - where they sleep and where they’re allowed to sleep (e.g. only sleep in their bed or if they’re allowed on the sofa) - any behaviour with them that i should avoid (e.g. touching their face, being too playful) - anything you think could benefit me and your pooch!
A typical day
I love dogs that are active and fun, but i also love a dog who can have a cuddle. with a high energy, bouncy and active dog i would play indoor enrichment games with toys, and when i take them out, have a good run around and play. With calmer dogs i will still play with them as much as they want to, then stop when they get tired. i appreciate knowing what games the dogs love the best!

Availability
I work part time, so i have one day off a week (normally a Thursday) and often have weekends off. Happy to come after work at 6pm onwards to help out!
