Pet care experience
Hello it is very nice to meet you! I have loved and taken care of all kinds of pets my whole life. I have worked as a fear free certified ICU vet tech for 10 years and have fostered over 20 dogs that now have forever homes. If your pet has any medical conditions that require medications, i have no problem medicating since I do this daily at work! I also love running and will take your dog through the most scenic parts of Athens! On top of just dogs and cats, I am very experienced in avian and reptile husbandry along with pocket pets like rabbits and gerbils. I love all animals of any shape, species, and size and cannot wait to meet yours. See you soon!

I have a cat named Dahl who was diagnosed with asthma since he was a kitten and Amelia has helped babysit him when I need to go places and helps research on new treatment methods. He seems to be doing a lot better now. He still has some really bad episodes sometimes, but Amelia knows how to handle it and he really loves it when she comes over.

I currently am working only weekends, so the test of the week is open for me to spend that time with your pet! I have a fenced in yard and lots of treats and toys at my house that they will love. I also have different sizes of crates available if requested.

Let me know if your pet has any medical conditions and I am happy to accommodate. I feel completely comfortable taking care of a variety of medical problems from IVDD pets that may need their bladder expressed to diabetic patients that need insulin. I also am happy to see pets with behavior problems too.
A typical day
I live in a quiet and safe neighborhood where we can walk from my house to the local park to have even more fun! I also have a large backyard for stay at home days as well.
