I am a young woman with a passion for all animals! I have owned several animals throughout my life and currently have one dog who’s just over two years year old. I live in a house on the W&OD trail in the Ashburn area, and would love to meet as many different breeds as possible, as I'd love to find a little brother or sister for my own special pup. I've worked with rabbits, fostered cats and kittens, and have a two-year-old mini Sheepadoodle, who I absolutely adore. I am an active runner and love any excuse to go outside for a walk, and can't wait to take your dog outside too! I'm more than happy to do extended stays in your home with your pet, in addition to any dog walking services needed! **Price for services can be discussed and discounts are available!

Amelia was awesome! She and her hubby made our pups a part of their pack quickly. One of our dogs is reactive and she handled intros expertly. She shared stories and pics throughout their stay. Her patient gentleness was lovely. Strongly recommend! We will reach out again next time we need to board the pups.

Before dog sitting, I would like to know about the dog's disposition. Are they nervous? Do they require medication or special care? I am more than happy to work with most breeds, however, I am limited to small and medium dogs, in order to provide the best care possible. Additionally I need to know if they are ok with other dogs!
A typical day
I love trail walking with dogs, and in our area, we are luckily near the Potomac River trails, as well as various town centers! I love playing games with all kinds of pets! I love to run, and would be more than happy to take your dog on a run with me!
