I am the daughter of a professional dog trainer and horse expert, so I've been taking care of animals since the day I was born. My family owns 8 dogs, 2 cats, and 1 horse to whom I tend daily. I've been housesitting for three years now and have cared for everything from dogs to cats to birds to lizards. I am incredibly experienced with dogs especially, knowing how to properly care for both puppies and geriatric dogs.

I love it when owners leave me written instructions! That is the best way to ensure that any special needs are clear, and the owners can feel secure that I have all of the information I need to properly care for their pets. Any and all information that can be given on a pet (behavior, routines, personality, exercise needs) is vital to my ability to take the best possible care of them. Nothing is too small!
A typical day
I go on a 3 mile run with one of my family dogs every day, which I would happily do for any dog I am sitting for, and then I go on a 2 mile walk on which I always take my personal dog. I also thoroughly enjoy walking dogs at parks and downtown for socialization and enrichment!
