Hello! My name is Amelia and I grew up fascinated by animals - their behavior, their care, and their individual differences. As a result, I've had many pets growing up and have taken care of so many of my friends and family's pets. I'm willing to be as active or lazy as your pet desires. If they want to lounge on the couch, play fetch in the snow, or really anything else, you can count on me to keep them company! Over the last few years I have worked at several animal hospitals as either a kennel attendant or as a technician so I feel very comfortable handling different types of animals with a wide range of temperaments. I can also administer oral/injectable medications during my visit if your pet requires this. One of my favorite things about being a pet sitter is learning about an animal's behavioral quirks and preferences. If they like things a certain way (such as having their meals microwaved or walking a particular route), just let me know and I will happily do things their way! Please do not hesitate to give me that long list of directions that you might think is excessive - I get it!!! My ultimate priority is to keep your pet(s) safe, happy, and comfortable. In addition to dogs and cats, I would also be (very!) happy to take care of other animals such as guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters, turtles, and other exotics!!
