I've spent the last 4 years volunteering in shelters on my spare time, walking and caring for the dogs there. So I'm very comfortable around all dog types and will always be patient and go as slow as necessary to make your furry ones comfortable with me. I'll sit down and work with you to determine what the best plan is for your dog individually, because every dog needs a little something different. I want to know all about your pets personality before I take them out into the world. I do have another job, so working out a set time schedule for care is what would work best for me. My hours can be pretty flexible as long as we work it out beforehand.

I would definitely use Amelia again to watch our dogs and house again. We have a little shy and insecure girl who she was able to handle and understand her needs. She has a clam and gentle spirit that dogs can feel. I did not have to worry about my babies being well taken care of. She also kept me updated and sent pictures daily. I highly recommend Amelia to watch your fur babies.
I have had the pleasure of knowing Amelia for 15 years. She is an amazingly loving individual to humans and animals alike. I remember 7 years ago when she adopted her wolf-hybrid... I never thought this dog could be normal house pet, but I have seen her transform 13 from a shy, constantly afraid beast to a sweet and confident best friend. I trust Amelia with my extremely independent, high energy and strong willed shepherd. He is a handful but I know Amelia can handle him! She aspires to be a veterinarian and always takes note of any changes in behavior/physical appearance that may signal a dog feeling uncomfortable or unwell. Amelia is passionate about all animals, especially dogs, and she will take wonderful care of your pup!
Amelia is absolutely awesome with the pups. She's like the "dog whisperer" - you laugh, but I'm serious! Starting with her own personal dog, she has always had a knack for making animals feel secure and she's extremely knowledgeable, which, as a dog owner you want in a dog sitter - the security she provides the dogs with is more than enough reassurance for me when it came to leaving my baby in her hands. I would highly recommend Amelia to help you out with your dog needs!
Amelia is an amazing extremely caring person who loves dogs and would be the first person I would choose to watch my dogs. She has been an inspiration in my life.
