Pet care experience
I've had animals my whole life and grew up on a farm. I worked with my mom in her personal grooming practice helping to bathe, walk, and trim the nails of the dogs boarding for the day. My first job was as a kennel technician at a vet clinic occasionally assisting the vet and techs with administering medicine, so i have plenty of experience in giving excellent pet care. I have 5 pets of my own; 1 dog, 2 cats, and 2 prairie dogs. Eventually i'd like to make this my full time business, but for the moment I'm doing this for extra money. I'm very reasonable and flexible; i will work with you as much as i can to give your pet the care they deserve during your absence.

I live in a fairly small apartment with no yard so, while I do accept boarding in my home, I mostly prefer to do drop in visits or doggy day care. I do offer pick up/drop off from/to your house for doggy day care, for a small fee, as an alternative to boarding to make it easier on you and your dog. This way they get love during the day and then are able to sleep at home where they feel most comfortable at night.

A typical day
I have a dog and two cats so they will have plenty of friends to play with. There is a small park right next to my apartment that we like to walk to and hangout for a little while.

My husband and I both work three to four days a week, early mornings, but at least one of us is usually home by 9 am.
