Ever since I was little I’ve always had a passion for taking care of animals. I’ve grown up with many pets from dogs, cats, rabbits, lizards and many more. I worked at a dog boarding/daycare facility for three years. I took dogs on for walks, also took them out for potty breaks and fed them their meals and if they have any medications. I would clean up after them by cleaning their room and belongings so they are nice and clean. I would find an activity for each pet that best fits them so they can enjoy every minute of it. During daycare I would keep a close eye on the emotions of the dogs to make sure they are comfortable playing. I would make sure everything was sanitized in the dog daycare. I am currently a dog groomer and have been doing it for about 4+ years. I can do brush outs on dogs or cats. I clip dog nails and then file them down so they are nice and round and can clip cat nails. I give dogs and cats baths (if the cat is okay with it). I clean out ears and clean up the hair in the ears if they have it. I groom to owners preference. I take my time grooming. I do not want to stress the pet out I want them to feel comfortable and to enjoy the experience. I’ve lived in Sun Prairie for 7 years and have graduated at Sun Prairie High School. I am going to MATC to get my associates degree.
