Hello all! My name is Amber and I have been around dogs since I can remember. My family has always owned dogs, big and small, all of which I was required to have a part in taking care of. This required feeding, and watering and taking them out for walks, even if our Akita could drag me out of my 14 year old shoes! I also volunteered with my mother at two doggie rescues in northern Texas and also helped her with the foster puppies we would get from them. Volunteering was a great, enlightening experience that helped me learn how to care for dogs in a whole new way. Some skills I got from this was learning how to give medication, bottle feed and potty train puppies and even care for soon to be mother dogs. I hold no sort of prejudice over, what others call, "aggressive breeds," and am willing to work with all breeds of dogs. The other "skill" I have from my lifelong experience with dogs is the ability to love them dearly! I am available everyday between the Hours of 10 am to 9pm and have reliable transportation. My vehicle is a Honda C-RV, so if we need to a park a little too far from home, I have plenty of room for me and your big dog. I currently have both a dog and a cat. Stark, my Akita, is a new addition to my family I took on in April. Kit is my baby and I has been with me since he was a kitten. These guys are my fur babies!
