Pet care experience
I have always had animals growing up and have a 12 year old dapple mini dachshund, Maggie and a chocolate lab mix, Roscoe. I have watched pets for friends and family for about 20 years, whether it was just walking, playing, feeding, or giving some extra love. Dogs, cats, fish, chickens, bunnies, and even a turtle! I don’t mind cleaning messes because I know accidents happen. I have watched all ages including dogs with allergies, anxiety, and disabilities. Any and all information on your animals would be helpful in taking care of your furry family member. I can come by and walk/play to get the exercise they need, make sure they have all of the necessities(food, water, clean beds) and most importantly giving them lots of love. I do work full time but I am available early mornings and afternoon/evening. If you do have small kid friendly animals, I have 6 year old son that loves to help me when he can. If they are not kid friendly, that is perfectly fine, he will not come with me. Every dog has a different personality and it’s completely understandable. I want to make your pup feel as at home with me as they would with you. That’s my goal! If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask!

I was very hesitant in having a dog sitter for my 9 yr old territorial dog. Amber calmed those fears and assured me he would do great. Not only did she do exactly what we asked with Oscar, greeted him with a good bag, but she also sent us pictures through out the time. We will definitely be using her again!
Amber took wonderful care of my kitties while I was away for Thanksgiving. It made it so much easier to be away knowing that someone as kind and loving would be checking in on my furry babies. ??

I would like to know how well the dog is leash trained, kid friendly, allergies, medications, and any thing that could be relevant to their normal routine.
A typical day
Walk, play games, go for rides, hang out at the park and people watch if they aren’t into a whole lot of cardio, I’m good with whatever activity level they have. I also have puzzles, snuffle mats, and interactive toys to keep them engaged and bust those boredom blues!

Availability
I work full time from 8 am-5 pm but I am available before work and after. If lunch visits are needed, not a problem! Every fur baby is different and I will adapt to their needs.
