Very satisfying w Amber. She took great care of our 3 dogs while we were out of town

My wife and I are a young couple with no children, so it’s important to note that our dogs are our kids. So much so that we only ever really allow our family to keep our dogs. In fact, this is our very first time using Rover! However, we had a family member back out at the last minute and had no other option but to find someone who could come to the house- and we are SO glad we did! Amber was unbelievably sweet and professional. We were impressed with her profile and attendance at the Citadel. She met us at a public location beforehand and then came by to meet the dogs with us. Our senior dog had just had pretty major surgery on his mouth, so we walked through the instructions on how to give him 5 different medications, which she did perfectly the whole time we were gone. Our second dog is a very shy chihuahua who takes time to warm up to people. Amber was so patient and kind with her, she was in her lap and loving her by the time we got back. She walked the dogs twice a day along with playing with them in the backyard. She sent pictures and was extremely responsive through message. We couldn’t have been happier with her service and will undoubtably use her again in the future.
