Pet care experience
I've always had such a desire to care for animals. My family calls me Elly May Clampett (LOL) because I'm the one with all the pets! It was very rare for us not to have some kind of animal in our household (mostly thanks to me). I am an opera singer, but FUN FACT, I actually completed my first degree in Animal Science with the goal of becoming a veterinarian, but I fell in love with opera and decided later to pursue music. Nevertheless, my passion for animals has never faded, plus my background provides me with a unique skill set in animal care. I have experience in puppy training, dog walking, bathing, administering medication, add so on.

We had used another kitty sitter in the past, but had to seek out a new friend for Nico for our recent trip. I always feel a little nervous leaving our pets behind, but Amber was so kind and qualified, we had no qualms about her care - in fact, we already have her booked for next time! Her friendly face must have been such a welcome site for our grumpy cat - even though when we’re away, I think he turns off his grumpy mode. Thanks, Amber!

Amber is AMAZING! We had her visit twice a day to hang out with / take care of our cat. Amber was fully engaged during every single visits and gave our cat lots of attention, which was exactly what he needed! She always let us know how each visits went, and sent great photos. I'm happy to have found a great cat sitter, definitely will rebook whenever we are out of town.
Amber was great! She was professional, prompt, and courteous. My cats are fairly friendly but can be a little standoff-ish. They liked Amber right away and I was able to go and see my dad after a year of quarantine from the pandemic!

I am the proud mom of my two troublemakers, Leo and Gio. Leo is my 4 year old Sphynx cat (yes, he's naked!) and Gio is my 1 year old Portuguese Water Dog. They are both happy to meet new friends and Gio especially is always looking for a walking buddy! We have a spacious home in a lovely neighborhood not to far from a park and a riverwalk. I also visit dog parks frequently.

I'm currently working part time and do school from home, so I have a pretty flexible schedule. My mornings, evenings and weekends are generally open. Long and short term furry friends are welcome!
