Pet care experience
***I am currently only offering DOG WALKING and DROP INS since having my son*** I work full time as an RN, which in nursing world is 3 days a week. I will only offer day care, walking, and drop in visits on my days off to make sure I can be 100% attentive to any dog in my care. I can take up to two dogs at a time for daycare if they are currently living in the same house hold. I will not take multiple dogs from different households into my home at one time for the safety of all the dogs involved (yours and mine). I will take an overnight guest over days that I may have work, however only if my husband is able to care for the dogs when I am away, and you are comfortable with the situation. I enjoy exercising and am always looking to be active outside especially when the weather is nice. When your dog/s spend time at my house, they will enjoy a fenced in yard, an abundance of dog toys, doggy baby pool, and walks! If it's raining outside, no worries, we can still play inside! I love nothing more than seeing a happy pup! Although I offer multiple services, I will not be overlapping all of the services at one time. I will only have one rover (two if they currently live together) dog in my house at time, therefore I will only accept an overnight OR daycare for any given day and will update my calendar accordingly as these services are booked. Also, I will not have day care and perform multiple check-ins or dog walks that same day. If your dog is at my house for daycare, I will only offer 1 other 30 minute service that day, and only if you are comfortable with me leaving the house for that time, and again I will update my calendar accordingly as services are booked. I have two dogs of my own, both very friendly. That being said, all dogs will have to have a meet with my dogs prior to daycare or over-nights for the safety of all of the dogs involved. I have been involved with fostering, overnight hosting, and volunteering at shelters walking dogs for the past 3 years! I also keep family and friends dogs for boarding frequently. Amber is great!!
We had a great experience with Amber! She took great care of Zelda while we were away for the weekend, making sure she was eating and getting enough attention. Amber was always very easy to get in touch with. And Zelda loved being able to spend time with Amber's two dogs. You can tell that Amber is really a dog person! We will use her again in the future.
Amber was prompt, and gave us updates on her drop in visits. We'd definitely use her again.
I currently have four dogs, 3 belong to me and one is a foster. On occasion when my husband and I go out Amber is one of the few people I trust to follow my instruction when it comes to my dogs. My foster dog is not dog friendly and therefore must be kept separate from the other three. She does a great job making sure all dogs are attended to, receive affection and get the exercise they need. My other three dogs are a tad bit difficult also and she manages them very well. I actually think my rottie mix loves her more than he loves me. LOL I would highly recommend Amber as a dog sitter and I think if you ever use her services you will too!
