Unfortunately, she neglected my dog. When I got him back, he had bruised and scabbed elbows, the parts that touch the floor from prolonged laying down in a bare crate. He also had major irritation on both legs from either laying down and/or as a result of not having been given his meds. She DID NOT GIVE HIM HIS MEDS for the 10 days he was in her supposed care. She did not give him his food, nor his treats, pig ears and dental bones. I got all of those things back in the same condition. When I asked about the food, she said he had eaten from the other dog’s bowl. I had very explicitly expressed to her to not let him near anyone else’s food. The activity tracker he wears showed almost zero activity. His crate was returned to me gunky with piss. She said that my dog “had an accident” and maybe the other dogs peed in it. Even if that was true, why would you let any dog in or near his crate? My dog is very well-trained and would not go in a house or crate unless he was sick or neglected. I had a feeling something was wrong because I didn’t get an update whatsoever until i finally asked for one, and for pictures. It seems like she basically put him in a crate and left him there. When I picked him up, I had to pull over immediately, not even 5 mins driving, because he was about to poop in my car. Literally in the pooping position. He could not hold it. He clearly had not been let out. This was awful. When I called her out, all I got was a bunch of excuses. I will be reporting to Rover.

Communicated well throughout my vacation. Always letting me know what’s going on with my dog. Could’ve been a five star if she would send me pic of my dog after walks. But that’s just me being picky. Still have her fives stars tho.
