The open availability and time spent with there pet! Living on 6.25 acres we have lots of room to roam. We take a minimum of 4 walks per day and also do off leash time in an enclosed area! I've learned over the course of 2 years with my past work experience of working at a veterinarian office and then a boarding facility what pets need! Also gave me the knowledge of how to keep animals calm and administrator medication if necessary. I can easily notice signs of stress and help ease before the situation esculates. Most importantly I love giving updates on how the stay is going open communication is very important in the stay of your pet for everyones peace of mind and to make everyone comfortable.
