Hello! My name is Amber, and I just recently moved to Nashville! I’m a total nerd who loves to chill on the couch with a book and a pup beside me. I’m a huge pet lover who, unfortunately, is unable to own a cat or a dog, so pet sitting is how I get my animal fix! Dogs are one of my great loves in life. I previously worked at a no-kill shelter in Columbus, Ohio where I worked with dogs of all breeds and sizes. I am comfortable with most temperaments—I haven’t yet met an anxious dog who didn’t warm up to me quickly. If your dog is reactive or has aggression issues though, I am not comfortable accepting the request. If needed, I can administer oral medication; I do not have experience with needles. I am Covid-conscious and triple vaxxed. I am a non-smoker, non-drinker, who adapts quickly to new surroundings. I am generally pretty quiet, and I always respect my surroundings. Just like I treat your pets like my own, the same goes for your home. I always make sure it is clean and well kept. By trusting me with the care of your home and your pets, you are giving me the opportunity to do what I love, so there is no question that I will go above and beyond what is expected of me.
