No breed restrictions! Since we often watch multiple dogs together, it is important to get an understanding of each dog's social skills with both people and other animals to make sure they are a good fit for each booking. We are unable to take overly aggressive dogs. Similarly, for dogs that are mildly aggressive or that have dominant behavior tendencies, we may only be able to host them at times when we don't have other dog guests. Each situation is unique, and the safety and well being of each dog is our highest priority! Dogs must also be housebroken and not destructive. We commit to providing highly responsible and attentive care for your pet, but we do also work from home, so although we would love to accept every dog, we are not able to host those that need perpetually focused supervision. Although someone is here most of the time, there are occasions when we may need to leave for periods of time, so we prefer that dogs are kennel trained. We do have a couple kennels, but it is always helpful if a dog's own kennel can be brought if possible. Finally, in order to protect all the other animals that we host, it is critically important that all dogs are current on their vaccines, as well as on monthly flea meds such as Frontline.

We love playing with our Rover visitors! Whether they enjoy playing fetch, or just lots of petting and cuddling, we can meet their needs! We live on the edge of Lincoln, providing plenty of non-busy roads, a large fenced yard, and a few close by lakes and parks for long walks and room to release a lot of energy.
