Pet care experience
Hi! My name is Amber and I am a dog mom to Riley, a 5 year old Wheaten Terrier Mix whom I love to pieces! Growing up, my family always had at least one dog ranging from larger breeds to small breeds so I am extremely comfortable will all types of breeds and sizes. I also own and care for 2 rabbits so if you happen to have any other types of pets other than dogs I would love to care for them as well. I volunteer at the San Diego Humane Society in my free time working with small animals and cats. I understand that leaving your pets while you are away can be pretty nerve racking so I want to ensure that your pet and yourself receives the best possible care that way you can enjoy your time away and so can you pet. I am available anytime during our stay with each other via my cell phone and provide updates during our time together. I look forward to meeting you and your pet!

Amber is great with dogs! She has grown up always having a dog and once she was able to get one of her own, she did. She is responsible and definitely a person you can trust. I would highly recommend Amber to take care of your dog.
Amber has been one of my best friends since we were in high school. One of the things we have always had in common is our love for dogs. Growing up her family always had pets, and now she has her own dog and two cute bunnies. We are definitely those crazy dog ladies who take their dogs everywhere with us and post way too many Instagram photos of them, but I wouldn't have it any other way! She is a very responsible pet owner with a lot of experience and will make a great sitter for your pup while you are away.

I love to hike with my dog Riley on a trail in the Carlsbad/Vista area. We head out there a few times a week but when we can't get there, a walk around my neighborhood works great!
