I feel like that we didn’t get feedback unless we asked. Photos, etc... That was probably because this is my first time using Rover and hadn’t filtered that out specifically. I just assumed it was something they did. I was glad to be able to leave him with a rover sitter, rather than being at a kennel for several days. The location was super close to us and Amber was very nice. However, the next time that I use Rover I will probably be a little more specific and maybe get someone who is home more. When I dropped him off, she was on her way out the door. Overall good experience.

Amber is such a nice person. She came over before our trip to get aquatinted with our dog and ease our anxiety about leaving our pet. She updated me several times during our trip and informed me on how my dog was doing. I’m super happy with her services.
