Hi everyone! I’m Amber and I love pets! I have been taking care of animals from a young age and my passion for their care has only grown over the years. My experience includes working as a doggy daycare team member, volunteering with my local humane society, and raising two German Shepherds. With my current schedule, I work a full time job but am generally free in the afternoons and evenings. I have no issues modifying my schedule to accommodate you! I am very careful and thorough with each pet I take on. I am very attentive to details and am sure to take all necessary precautions to create the safest environment possible for your pet.

Amber is awesome and made the process very easy given my last minute search for someone to take care of my dog Mando. He is a 120lb 2 year old that is nothing but friendly…just a lot of playful dog. We had the opportunity to meet beforehand and it was easy to see she was not only comfortable with him right away but he was comfortable with her as well. Seeing the pictures
Amber did an outstanding job with my pup. He was rescued from a shelter and requires special care and medications so I am not comfortable leaving him with just anyone. Both her military and nursing background made me confident in selecting her over other sitters on Rover. She learned how to do his medication during our meet and greet and kept in close contact with me during her visits. In addition, she is able to comfortably administer medications to cats so I will most definitely be using her in the near future when I go away for a longer trip.

I like to know more about their temperament, allergies, treat preferences, and day to day schedule. I prefer to do meet and greets if possible beforehand just to get a good idea of the pup/kitty I will be working with. Also, I am more than happy to travel (within reason) if you are outside my area but will have to modify my prices to cover transportation costs.
A typical day
I really enjoy taking long walks, playing fetch, tug-of-war, or any of your pet's favorite games. If Mom or Dad permit, we will stop for puppacinos or ice cream on hot days.
