I’ve been taking care of pups since I was a kid. I was raised with a Rottweiler & eventually a golden retriever. Later, my family had a smaller poodle mix & currently, my own dog is a sweet 2 yr old pitbull. I’ve dealt with all sorts of different dogs within my family & throughout college. I have also fostered abandoned dogs in the past, including my own dog who I eventually adopted!

Amber was so flexible & able to keep Leo longer than I needed when my plans changed. She catered to his needs & even purchased his food when he ran out. Recommend her for your last minute needs or if you want your dog to feel at home away from home.
Amber was amazing! From the start she was so communicative and understanding. She was always so quick with responses, sent frequent pictures of $crappy, and her having a pet made his stay so much smoother. Would 100% recommend her she was great!
Amber took care of my pitty Zo for a 4 days I was gone. She took better care of her than I could with my football schedule & travel. Zo loves her & always enjoyed going over to her house.

In my home, they will be walked first thing in the mornings - I don’t have a set routine to wake up but will make adjustments if your dog has a specific schedule. Food & water based on their predetermined schedules of course. I usually let my dog hang out while I do things around the house, she gets 30 minutes to an hour of crate time in my office space for behavioral purposes - she has been trained by a professional behaviorist in the past after we adopted her. This isn’t an everyday thing nor is it for punishment, we just keep her disciplined since she’s a bit more energetic! I do a bit of training (sit, down, stay etc.) & give out treats. They are free to play or nap whichever they choose!

Please do let me know what you’ll be sending them with (i.e their own food, a bed, toys, doggy bags, portable water for the park or any medications/supplements they may need) I like to know beforehand so I’m aware of what to expect & be able to make adjustments for a comforting stay! **
A typical day
A typical day consists of a morning walk, feeding, & play time. I am a pretty easygoing owner, my dog hangs out with me on the bed or couch or in my office depending on what I’m doing. Days vary, we do runs & park visits when the weather permits.

Availability
I am home every day with exception to my part time job I work which is most time WFH. My husband is also home every day to help with walks & exercises if needed. My girl Baby takes walks every 2 hrs or so for potty breaks & we also take her out every other day to the park a few blocks away which has a dog park area :)
