I work part time as a zookeeper at San Diego Zoo, I have all day Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays available as well as afternoons/evenings the rest of the week after 3pm.

I’m flexible about how much communication you would like from me during your dog’s stay giving you the option of only hearing from me if there’s a problem or more frequent photos and commentary if desired.
A typical day
The dogs will usually start the day with their breakfast in their individual kennels or rooms to ensure safety during feedings. Then we will go on a morning walk while it is cooler. Throughout the rest of the day they will have access to the backyard for play and potty time. Sometimes they can get an evening walk as well. In the evening they can hang out with my family and dogs and get cuddles and attention. All the dogs sleep inside at night and depending on your request they can sleep in a kennel or have free roam of the house.

She is always on time and keeps to the schedule. She is extremely reliable and my dog Lupita, just loves her to bits.
I left my dog Toby for 16 days. During that time, I only received one picture and message on the second day. After 7 days, I had to text and ask for an update before she sent me another picture. For such a long stay, I expected more regular updates. My previous sitter sent daily updates, which gave me great peace of mind. I think more frequent updates would make the experience much better.
