Pet care experience
I’ve had a dog my whole life. From puppies and senior pups, to special-needs dogs and everything in between. Taking care of dogs something that I truly love and enjoy doing. I currently spend my days working a bit a lululemon, taking online classes and playing with my own dog, Sully. My fiancé travels for work half of the month, so instead of getting another dog each time he’s gone, let me hang out with yours :) When it comes to taking care of a dog in their own home or ours, I do everything that I can to make them feel comfortable and happy.

Its been amazing having Amanda take care of my baby girl like she’s her own. Amanda is dependable, caring, and friendly. As travel nurse, I worry about my pup and that she looked after; she couldn’t be in better hands with Amanda.
Amanda took care of our dog Ellie during Thanksgiving week and she did an absolutely amazing job!! She kept us up to date on everything and sent pictures of our girl throughout our time away. Ellie bonded with her right away, and Amanda was completely comfortable with her med and eye drop administration. She stayed at our apartment and we came home to a completely clean place, sheets laundered and put back on the bed!! I can’t say enough good things about her!!
I was in Chicago on business for a month with my dog and Amanda took amazing care of Rex. She walked him every day I worked and he absolutely adored her. You won't find a better dog walker or a sweeter person

When it comes to getting to know a new dog, it’s helpful to be aware of anything that you would consider special for your pup. Any special toys, or code words that they know. Do they have any special requirements or requests? Are they fearful or playful?
A typical day
We love to start our mornings with a walk to starbucks and then head over to the dog park. Your pup will have plenty of time walking outside when I’m around and then enjoy some well deserved naps and lots of belly rubs throughout the day.

I currently work part time, so I have plenty of time to hang out with your pup during the week! I also only work shorter shifts.
