I've been an animal lover for, my entire life and I can assure you I have what it takes to take care of your pet as I have had a cat, since he was a kitten, for the past 11 years. I have also spent time volunteering for the SPCA and have been a pet sitter on Rover for about four years now. I understand the responsibility, love and attention animals need and I understand the feeling that pets are our children. I assure you I will provide the utmost care for your family member and will offer lots of love and attention :) I am honest, trustworthy, reliable, friendly and passionate. All qualities I find to be relevant to providing for a pet! Your pet will be in good hands with me. I'm a full-time, remote employee and therefore can offer flexibility in the schedule; some days I have a heaving meeting schedule but am able to make time to care for your sweet fur babies. I care for each pet as if they were my own; each pet gets my utmost attention and all of the love at each visit. I do not have a fenced yard but there is plenty of green space on the property for lots of walks and playing. Thank you!

Amanda is seriously the best! She always goes the extra mile to make sure that my cats have enough play time and pets. What I love the most is how communicative Amanda is. She gives me updates on how much my kitties are eating, how they responded to the visit, and shates the sweetest photos of them while I'm away. The updates give me so much peace of mind, especially as they are getting older. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for someone to give their pets special care while they are away!

Amanda is the bomb.com! We had her twice to visit our cat while away on a vacation and she has been thoughtful and considerate both times. She documents EVERYTHING a neurotic pet owner craves to k kw about their pet while they’ve not with them (pee, poop, food, water, mail, packages, delivery, etc). I would HIGHLY recommend her.

I can follow a precise routine should that be provided by the client's and I try to keep everything as "normal" as possible while the client's are away.

I would need to know if a pet would get along with other cats seeing as I have one. I would also like to know if there are any special needs to be aware of and if the pet needs/has a consistent schedule that should be followed.
A typical day
DC - My home is conveniently located by three different parks so your pet is surely going to have a nice walk and enjoy some playtime within one of these parks. I do have a rambunctious cat at home who is always ready to play so there will be lots of fun to be had. NC - My home does have a screened in porch and a yard to offer space for playtime, sunbathing or just laying on the patio furniture taking an afternoon snooze. The neighborhood has sidewalks to allow for safe walks and there is a dog park coming soon. There is plenty of green space!
