Pet care experience
I’ve had pets my entire life. More specifically, cats for 20 years, and dogs all my life. Since I was a teenager, I frequently dog and cat sat for friends and family. For the past year, I have cared for other people’s pets via Rover. From this experience along with my personal experience, I have dealt with dogs and cats of all ages, multiple temperaments, various sizes, and more. My responsibilities have included walking, feeding, administering medication, and playing with their pets.

Leaving important or special information on a sheet of paper about your pet is really helpful. This can be any special accommodations, daily food intake, medications, where treats are, etc. I do not have much experience with special needs pets, but I’m willing to learn!
A typical day
I love to play with pets! For cats, I typically use a wand toy and have them “catch” it until they get bored. For dogs, I will take them on walks, and play fetch to keep them stimulated.

I’m currently in graduate school full time. I am still available to watch and care for pets around my school schedule, which is very flexible.
