Pet care experience
Ive always had a passion for dogs (animals in general) I had my first pet at the age of 8 which help me develop a love like no other for dogs. My daughter has the same passion as me and as a way to teach her responsibility while she also enjoys something she loves the most, we figure pet sitting would be an awesome way to nurture our love for dogs and teach her to be responsible as well as financial literacy while earning money doing something you love. As far as experience, we received our first family dog from a friend/coworker whose grandmother passed. Princess was a blessing to us she was 8 years old at the time we got her but she passed away at the age of 15. Since then, we’ve fostered a few dogs from the humane society as well as did some volunteer during previous Summer Break. We were not allowed the past year due to Covid which is understandable, but now that things are getting better and we found Rover we figured this would be a great opportunity to enjoy doing what we love from the comfort of our own home.

We have a large fenced in yard and a great neighborhood, safe for walking your pet. We are also right next to an open playing field where your baby can get out, run around and get the exercise they need to stay healthy.

We love all dogs as long as they are not overly aggressive as we do live with a 4 year old who love dogs as well but sometimes he can get a little nervous until he gets to know the dog. I would also like to know if the dog is crate/house trained and to learn their potty schedule. If the dog is younger we’d like to know if he is a chewer to be sure to put away things like chargers and laptop cords.
A typical day
I’d love to take your dog out in our fenced in back yard to run around and play. Our neighborhood is pretty safe for afternoon walks. We also have a big field and park behind our home where we can run out and play in the evenings.

Availability
Since it’s Summer Break so I have plenty of time to play with and love on your fur baby. I am free during the week and weekends. Overnight visits are ok. I’ll provide the doggy bed so no need to bring yours!
