I am self employed. I make my own schedule, photographer and photo editor. My husband’s job is flexible, he tends to be home by 11am, which is convenient if we are taking care of your pet at our home. There is usually someone home most of the day. Once in awhile we have days where we are busier, which will be communicated.

I have a fenced in yard. Our daily routine is wake up, go outside, breakfast, potty and inside. My husband is home by 10am-12pm and he is around hanging out with our boy. I am usually home by 5-6pm and we will go on walks around sunset.

How is your dog on the leash, how they like to be greeted, and if they have a favorite activity. Also any health issues or if they don’t do well around certain dogs etc.
A typical day
Walk around the neighborhood. If your dog is big playing fetch, I would love to do that. Plenty of scratches, too. If there are walking trails near by. I love taking pups along.

Pet care experience
I’ve grown up with pets all my life. Currently own a 2 yr old German Shepard/Pit mix & a 1 year old white German Shepard. I love all animals and would love to help make your day easier, and bring joy to your pets life. I had a 12 year old Siberian husky from when I was 21 til a few years ago, And my husband had his 12 year old German Shepard. we are familiar with puppies and seniors as well as dog medications.

Amanda was a great dog sitter. She was responsive and communicated well during her check-ins with my dogs. She was able to help on short notice after our arranged sitter fell through. My corgis were happy to see her each day. She went above and beyond to help care for our dogs. Highly recommend.

Amanda is amazing with Ovitto and Kakashi, we received pictures of them looking all happy. Love the care and attention she gives them, very understanding & patient with Kakashi who is very shy and nervous when out of his comfort zone.
Amanda was great and took really cute pictures of Sunny on their walk! I will book Amanda again in the future.
