After volunteering at the Oahu SPCA for over 7 years and then becoming a kennel technician, I’ve realized that there isn’t a personality I don’t like! I’ve fostered over 40 animals of all shapes and sizes and have enjoyed getting to know them all. My passion for animal care is second to none. I truly believe in treating your animal like my own. We love play time, running around the yard, treats and naps! Dietary restrictions and medical needs are always upheld in this home. Not only do we have a HUGE fully fenced backyard, a big couch for lots of lounging, a private “doggie suite” for down time but we also provide homemade treats (unless dietary restriction). We provide a safe, clean home while your dogs are here. Your fur baby will love being part of our family. **I do not board more than 2 dogs at a time (Unless from the same family), I believe in keeping my pack small for more individual attention per dog.** About me: Prior Military, with a majority of my clients being military/in the medical field. I’m able to work with your changing schedule for dates/pick-up times. Currently in school for Nursing, Rover allows me to work from home/study. I’m canine CPR/First Aid certified. Through volunteering at a shelter, I’ve worked with extreme behavioral issues. These are not a problem, I just ask that you do disclose them at the meet and greet. Disclosing them allows me to make the proper precautions to protect your nugget and myself. I’ve worked with numerous special needs animals and welcome them with open arms. If pet requires medical care, We will need to go over care instructions during the meet and greet. Anything else that you would like to know, please ask! **Our yard is treated weekly with Wysiwash (Same product used at veterinarians/Kennels) and our home is treated with Effersan in-between clients. While it is a requirement for clients to be up-to-date on shots, we still do our part to reduce/eliminate the spread of disease.** Our Dalmatian is pet friendly but no longer plays with other dogs (He’s 10 and arthritis has really slowed him down). He adores puppies and will rally his strength to play with them though. He is neutered, up to date on shots and receives flea tick heart worm prevention. Our Dachshund is very submissive and pet friendly. She doesn’t play with other dogs but instead likes to watch them from the safety of the back of the couch.
