Hi! I have grown up with over 8 dogs in my life; 3 of which were introduced to our home as puppies. My family had all sorts of breeds: 2 German Shepherds, a Boxer, a Shetland Sheepdog, a Miniature Dachshund, and 3 Miniature Schnauzers. I have helped raise, walk, feed, train, and love all the dogs that were/are part of our family. Currently, I am raising my Catahoula Leopard Hound named Rainier with my husband. We have had Rainier since he was 8 weeks old. I have a passion for loving dogs of all breeds and ages. Pre-covid, I volunteered for the El Cajon Animal Shelter at 4 of their adoption events. Volunteering involved entertaining the pups, keeping their areas clean, and informing potential adopters.
