Hello all! My name is Amanda and I am a veterinarian technician at Banfield Animal Hospital and own a boarding company (Spoiled Tails). My business is insured separate from rover! To guarantee your pet is in great care! One of the cases I see the most while at work are dogs suffering from kennel cough. There is an easy solution to this…board your dogs with me! Due to the high frequency and turnover at kennels it is almost a guarantee your dog will get sick. At my home your pet will have a more personal one on one caring and clean experience! The last thing you want when returning from vacation is picking your dog up from a kennel to find out they are sick!! I am also a full-time animal lover! Animals/pets are my passion and my life revolves around them. Between taking care of your fur babies, volunteering at the shelter walking dogs and at work I am always around and caring for pets! Most of my earliest memories in life involve a past pet of my own, a relative’s, friends or even the old neighborhood dog. Your pets’ needs are my top priority at all times.

Amanda was super responsive and made me feel very comfortable at our initial meet and great. I didn't worry one bit with leaving Bella in her care.
We are so happy we found Amanda, with 4 dogs and a cat she made us feel at ease knowing our "kids" were in good hands . From the first time we met , we knew she was experienced because of the way a she let them approach her and the questions she asked. She took good care of everything, sent photos and updates each day. When we came home after several days everyone was happy and safe.
Amanda is amazing! She came through after 2 other sitters let me down. Note that it was short notice- 2 weeks that quickly shrank to less than 1 week. I was nervous from the get go because we have never left our home and our loves with a stranger! She was the epitome of a professional, always accessible and super friendly! She sent pictures throughout each day. My pups (3 rescues from 2-7 years) loved her. I would not hesitate to have her in my home and care for my pups in the future.

My house is located in the Renton neighborhood of Plum Boro on a dead-end street (low traffic). I have a huge yard with trails for walks. My yard has plenty of trees and bushes for your pets smelling and bathroom needs! There is also a chain attached to the porch for them to relax!! While on their vacation at my house the dogs will have their own room that connects to mine… easy access for cuddles. My room has an exit door directly to the outside. This makes it easier for older dogs who just can not walk that far anymore and the younger pups eager to get outside and play in the big yard! Your pet has the option of sleeping on my bed, my couch, my floor or my dog beds available to them… anywhere they would like! If you would prefer a crate, I have different size options available or you can bring your own (you can bring your own bed as well).
