Pet care experience
I've had dogs (all kinds of pets) all my life and believe a house is not a home without a pet! I've been on rover for 3 years now (this is a new profile) and I love it. We have had mostly repeat clients and I have gotten to know their dogs very well.

I was a nervous wreck leaving our babies. This was the first time we ever left our baby’s with a stranger. Very happy with Amanda. I know they were comfortable because they ate. When we’re gone they usually don’t eat. Amanda sent pictures daily. The first picture she sent I knew they were ok. We will definitely be using her again.
Thank you for taking such great care of our pup. This was our first time using Rover and was a little nervous about it, but Amanda had no problem answering all of my questions and was always quick to reply. She sent pictures and updates of Mac daily. My mom helped me with drop off and pick up and Amanda was very caring and in good communication with her. Mac had a lot of fun with her dogs and was able to make himself comfortable in their home, able to snuggle on the couch. Thanks again! We will rebook!
Happy to have Amanda watch our dog Benji in the future. He was well taken care of and I know he had a blast playing with her pups :)

We have a large fenced in yard. We also have a pool but there is a gate around it to keep the dogs out while we aren't in it. Our pets are allowed on the couches and sometimes in our bed. We have indoor and out door showers for baths or cleaning off after a little play in the mud. We have more dog toys than we know what to do with!

Let me know if your dog has any special needs, such as leaving a tv on at home if we go out to run an errand, etc. If they have any sensitivity to specific body parts being pet (paws, ears, etc.). I like knowing if they are food aggressive or sensitive about eating with others so I can plan accordingly to make sure they have their own special space to eat!
A typical day
We always go on walks! One in the morning before work and one in the evenings after the ground cools off a little. We go to dog parks, play fetch in the back yard, sometimes we like going to the little doggy splash pad.

Availability
My husband and I work full time, but always make time for two walks a day. Home on weekends and some weekdays on occasion. Enjoy going to dog parks and taking our pets on little car rides here and there. We don't have kids, so they are like our children!
