Pet care experience
I am currently back and forth between the Bahamas, Georgia, and Maine and when I am in town I LOVE going on as many nature walks as I can. I love being outdoors and especially enjoy bringing my own fur babies along for my treks. I have been a volunteer dog walker for shelters for the past 10 years, so have a lot of experience with pups of all ages, breeds, and sizes and I have not yet met a pup I didn’t instantly fall in love with!

We were really worried about leaving our dog while we were on vacation. We visited several kennels and could not imagine leaving our dog there. We looked on rover.com and found Amanda. She was wonderful with our dog! She provided us with daily pictures and updates on how he was doing. It really gave us a sense of relief knowing Amanda was taking care of our pup. We highly recommend her and would ask her to care for our dog again in a second! She's great!
Amanda really took such good care of Blue and Charlie! They got along beautifully with her two dogs and came home happy and tired!!
Amanda was wonderful with my 8 months old baby Teddy! I was actually very hesitant to leave Teddy with someone new but Amanda took great care of him while I was out of town. I love how she sent me daily pictures of Teddy. Teddy gained weight and he was happy and exhausted after his stay. I highly recommend Amanda as a dog sitter and hope to use her services again soon!
Amanda is very caring and compassionate. You can tell as soon as you meet her that she loves animals. She is truly one of very few people that we will trust with Macy (our 2 year old baby). We can relax and know Macy is well taken care of while we are away!

Always walk alerted and not distracted. I treat your pups as if they are my own and are very protective and loving over them. I usually bring a backpack with water and a bowl with me as well.

I would like to know if you’re pups are comfortable walking with other dogs (mine), or if they would prefer to just be with me. Also if there are certain things they get excited over (A squirrel, fellow dogs, etc.)
A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks: Maine: I enjoy the Eastern trail, I know many different parking spots for it. Also the Eastern Promenade, or the path in the Old Port that goes past the dog beach. Georgia: I find new trails all the time. There is one in Woodstock near the dog park I enjoy, the Cochran Shoals trail along the Chattahoochee is another I enjoy as well. I also like exploring neighborhoods with sidewalks. Your dog's sleeping arrangement My 3 Shih-Tzus sleep in my bed. Time I'll spend with your dog We can walk/ run or just snuggle whatever they like!
