Hello there! It’s nice to “meet” you! My name is Amanda and I’m a mid 20s biotech professional who moved to Boston from DC about six months ago for work. I miss my rover clients there dearly (see photos!) and am hoping to meet some new ones in Boston. A little about me: Originally from the Midwest, I walked my family’s two dogs in rain, shine, or snow 3x/day (20 min +) for years and am happy to do the same for your pup! In DC, my Rover clients complimented my ability to work with their puppies who were leash training, potty training, etc. as well as very active dogs who need a lot of exercise or stimulation. I pride myself on being very organized and loving yet strict! Please note that while I walk dogs of any age or size, I do not walk dogs that have shown aggressiveness towards humans in the past. Amanda did an Awesome job!! Our pups were well taken care of and very happy. We are pretty sure They enjoyed their walk with Amanda more than they like walks with us.
Amanda is a dog lover. She is responsible and we trust her completely with our dogs, who absolutely love her. We have two older dogs who try to eat nuts and paper they find on the sidewalk and grass, she is good at keeping them from getting those things which don't agree with their system. She pets and praises them but if needed is also firm when she walks them so they don't get into things they should not. We highly recommend Amanda.

I would like to know the temperament and energy level of the pup so I can plan walks or play time accordingly. For example, some dogs might want a longer walk while others might want to play fetch, tug of war, or just cuddle!
A typical day
I love to play with the pups I watch and give them individual attention. Each one I’ve watched has their own personality, quirks, and I enjoy finding out what each one wants (fluffy toy or tennis ball or a good ol bone)
