Exclusively Small Dog Paradise!!!!

Pet care experience

**The BEST SMALL DOG HOUSE in the Valley!!** My story: Amanda and Micah are "work at home" dog lovers with a secure, loving, comfortable home-based environment with nearly constant supervision. As a Ph.D. (Doctoral) student studying animal behavior, I understand the importance of individualized care tailored to your dog's unique personality and needs. My fiance Micah occasionally works from home as Executive Director of a non-profit organization for homeless youth- he covers pick ups, drop offs, and playtime one days I am not home. It is our goal to make sure dogs of all needs and temperaments feel calm and comfortable while you are away. I will be working from home until September, allowing me to be fully devoted to caring for your furry family member(s). I have extensive experience with puppies, seniors, and small dogs of all kinds. We have taken care of many special-needs dogs with health issues that require strict diets, injections, wound care or medications. The Robin House is a large pet-friendly, dog lover home where dogs are more then welcome to enjoy lounging on the sofa, napping in the bed, or sunbathing in the yard. We have a securely enclosed backyard that is puppy-safe and constantly closely-monitored. Guests are NEVER KENNELED (Unless you prefer it for bedtime) unlike at many other homes on Rover. Potty-training for puppies, social skills training for nervous or shy dogs, as well as some basic playtime obedience training are INCLUDED in every boarding or daycare experience at the Robin House. I lead an active lifestyle and enjoy long walks, hikes, and trips to the park- and love to have dogs by my side for these adventures! I absolutely adore dogs and have a long history caring for a large variety of breeds. Aside from the many furry companions I have had the privilege to call my pets, I spent years working on a ranch where I was responsible for the care of 10 dogs of varying sizes and breeds. During my time at UC Berkeley, I was an animal care taker for over 100 different exotic species at a children's science museum, The Lawrence Hall of Science. Currently, I work 3 days a week at the Wildlife Learning Center, a small zoo in Sylmar, where I look after animals like foxes, owls, large cats, and reptiles. While in my care your dog will be provided constant company, warmth, and fun! They may even learn a new trick, such as; sit, stay, shake, or roll over during play time! Book today for peace of mind on your trip with the knowledge that your puppy is safe and happy.

MY dog had the best vacay here! I've not seen her look happier at anyone else's place -EVER! She is 8 years old and looked like a puppy with her playfulness and even played with their cat! (we didn't know that she liked cats!) They're really amazing, caring people and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to board your small dog!

Amanda and her family are the absolute best!! Our pup LOVES going there. It's so great to know that he is having such a great time when we need to travel. We always debate taking him with us, but we know that he has so much fun there. When we pull into the neighborhood, he gets so excited!
