I absolutely love animals and would treat yours as my very own! I’d be sure that they are fed, watched over, get lots of attention and more so I’d be sure they are played with and made to feel comfortable and loved. I have house/pet sat previously in foreign countries and around the U.S. I used the app TrustedHousesitters and can share my profile with you there to see more reviews. I grew up with pets my whole life, and have worked part-time dog walking and pet sitting. I try to be communicative and to keep you updated on the well-being of your pet. I make sure they are always safe and as happy as possible. I love the outdoors, my favorite pastime is hiking so dog walks aren’t a problem at all. I also enjoy reading in the evenings and can’t think of a better way to do so than with a dog to curl up with 💕

Amanda is an AMAZING sitter. My dogs are my babies and I get so stressed about having new people watch them. From the moment I dropped them off with Amanda I knew they were in good hands. She sent me a picture of my pups just a few minutes after I left showing they had made themselves comfortable which meant so much to me. She was great about sending updates all through the day of what they were up to. My dogs are cattle dogs and are high energy, and Amanda kept them busy and engaged all day with playing outside and going on walks. I’m so grateful I found Amanda on here and plan to use her again and again. HIGHLY recommend :) (and I’m very picky with my sitters)
Amanda was so accommodating and amazing with my pup, who is a very anxious boy. He came back so happy and calm, which has not always been his experience on Rover. She sent frequent updates and was very flexible with pick-up time. I’ll definitely be booking again!
Amanda was great with my dog! Was on time and followed instructions. Will definitely call on her next time I need a walker!

I live in a basement with a separate entrance from the main house. We have a backyard that is completely fenced in and that has plenty of space for running around and playing fetch. Although the backyard is completely safe and enclosed I will always accompany the dogs when brought for outside time and potty breaks. I keep my house tidy and ensure that no food is left out, or small objects that can be swallowed. I do have my own dog here that will be around yours at doggy daycare unless that’s an absolute problem. She does well with other dogs and is usually quite indifferent to them.

I work as a remote ESL teacher some days but set my own schedule. This allows for a lot of flexibility. I’m available during the day, week, evenings, and weekends. I can work with you as long as you contact me in advance.
