Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs and have taken care of them for as long as I can remember. I genuinely care for every pet as if they were my own. I absolutely love to walk and care for them as I hope I am able to bring some pupper some joy and exercise in their day. I want your pet to feel as comfortable as possible. I will implement quality care for your pet. I often pet sit for friends and family in my neighborhood. Please feel free to ask me any questions you may have!

Amanda is a wonderful dog walker and dog sitter! She has always been extremely accommodating with my schedule and very willing to be open if I have to make a time change or last minute walk request. As far as dog sitting, she left my place really tidy and sent me updates while I was out. I am very sad she moved away but highly recommend her looking after your fury loved one.
Amanda did a wonderful job taking care of my pup! Super caring, great communication with photo updates, and went on daily walks, which I appreciated. Would recommend to Amanda to anyone and will definitely use her again in the future.
I needed a last second dog walker and Amanda was more than happy to help! I also added another walk that same day and she again took care of it. Extremely friendly and communicative - will be working together again for sure.

For my dog, I take him on daily walks around my neighborhood. We work on pulling on shorter walks & on long walks, I let him take his time to sniff around for stimulation. I will treat every dog like they were my own and give them the love and attention they deserve! I will adhere to the client's preferences and respect their home. I will administer treats only with pre-approval by pet owner. I prefer harnesses for small dogs or dogs that pull, if I do not feel the pet is safe, I will contact the owner and express my concerns. You can bet I will take pictures of your pets on our walks or visit & share it with you!

I would like to know about medical conditions, allergies, and anything that your dog is sensitive to i.e. cars, loud noises, people, other dogs, being picked up, etc. Also I would like to know your dogs training level and if so, the techniques you do. Please also tell me your preferences! If they like a good belly rub or a scratch behind the ear I'd love to make them happy.
A typical day
For drop in visits I love to play with the dog in the backyard, if available, or inside with their favorite toy. I really enjoy walking around neighborhoods and being outside.

Availability
Right now my schedule varies weekly but I am flexible and can work around people's busy schedule from Saturday-Monday. All other days I am available after 6pm. I am currently open to dog walks and drop ins. House sitting may become available depending on situation. As mentioned, weekends are almost always available.
